Responsibilities:

Provide respectful and helpful interactions to all hotel guests. Ensures knowledge of all equipment and supplies needed for cleaning including steamer, carpet machine, and supply cart. Follows proper protocols for entering guest rooms. Clean room to standard as trained. Thoroughly cleans all areas in rooms and stocks all appropriate supplies, linen, and other amenities. Properly makes beds and changes soiled linen. Properly place all company literature, stationery, menus, and other supplies in rooms. Cleans doors, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces in the room. Thoroughly checks under all furniture to ensure all items have been removed and discarded properly. Reports any conspicuous people or problems to supervisor. Previous room attendant experience at a hotel is a plus. Developed English skills. Frequent bending, standing, and walking. Lifting up to 50 pounds.
