The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Assist as needed with laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and industrial cleaning tasks. Provide support to housekeeping management by training new staff members on cleaning procedures and best practices. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
