Housekeeping Technician Time Maid Easy Winston-Salem, NC 27105 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential, and commercial properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial spaces, and hotel rooms. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning. Launder linens and towels as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is necessary. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products. Skills in floor care and carpet cleaning are advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
