Full Job Description Job Duties Include:

Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and surfaces Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing Rotating deep cleaning tasks by schedule Occasional light organization, laundry, and dishes as needed Maintaining a respectful and professional presence in clients’ homes Summary The House Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly environment in residential homes by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and rotating deep-clean duties. The role may occasionally include light organization, basic laundry, and washing dishes, depending on the household’s needs. Cleaners are expected to work independently, respect client privacy, and maintain a professional presence in each home. The position begins with one day per week in the employer’s home, with the intention to expand to more days serving other neighborhood households once the introductory period is complete and the employee has demonstrated reliability and quality work. Qualifications Comfortable working independently and around pets Able to pass a background check and drug screening Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Cannot work for other cleaning companies or take private cleaning jobs within 25 miles Reliable transportation and phone for communication Must be comfortable with video monitoring and using a personal home access code
