The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or hotel settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an eye for detail. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Sanitize surfaces to promote a healthy living environment for residents or guests. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or equipment needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly and courteously. Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results. Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
