We wash airplanes at Haeco on 3rd shift in GSO. Daytime(1st shift) training required before you can wash planes 5-7 days only. We are a contracting company. You will have a real check payroll and taxes taken out. It’s not a 1099 kind of job. Some people ask that question. You are guaranteed 80hrs every check no matter what we work, as long as you work the days scheduled to work. You also get anything after 80hrs. It is not just a set 80hrs. If we work 90 you get 10hrs overtime. Paid Bi-weekly. It is strenuous and physical. We leave when we are done. If we work 3hrs we get paid for 8hr no matter what. You have to have 5yr work history, pass background check, and drug test. This is mandatory becuase we wash commercial airlines. I will start pay at $16hr. After 90 days I will give you a performance review for a raise up to a $1. Then pay raises are usually based on production. If you have scissor lift or boom lift experience at all pay will be bumped to $18. I need to get people into training asap. But please understand this isn’t McDonalds. It’s a process.
