Position Description Responsible for maintaining all areas of the job site in a clean and sanitary manner to enhance the work environment and create a positive impression for customers and visitors. This is to be completed in a safe and timely manner with the best quality possible. Job Responsibilities In the foyer, lobby, offices, kitchen, conference rooms Clean all tables and chairs Clean all window ledges, dust furniture, pictures, doorways, etc Spot clean walls Vacuum carpet and mats (as needed) Empty all trash cans and replace liners (wash weekly) Clean all glass doors Clean coffee area and sinks Clean refrigerator as needed In the restrooms and hallway Empty all trash cans and replace liners Clean sinks, toilets and urinals Clean mirrors, walls and partitions Replace hand towels and toilet paper (as needed) Refill soap dispensers (as needed) Mop floors (as needed) Special tasks on weekly basis Window cleaning (interior and exterior) front and back of building Dust stair railings, beams, light fixtures, pictures and furnishings Mop hardwood and stone floors biweekly or as needed Doors (interior and exterior frames as needed) General cleaning as needed Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Minimum of 1-year experience working in the housekeeping or janitorial field. Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand direction from supervisor. Must be able to utilize basic math. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively Work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments 40 or more hours per week with possible weekend work Background check and drug screen based on job location/requirements Benefits We strive to provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.
