The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly. Conduct residential cleaning duties such as kitchen sanitation, bathroom cleaning, and bedroom organization. Execute commercial cleaning tasks in offices or public spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in both residential and commercial cleaning environments is a plus. Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
