Hotel Public Attendant Lexima 111 Carolina Crossroad Pkwy, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 The Hotel Public Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our guests and team members. This role is essential to upholding the brand standards and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas Ensure all public restrooms are stocked and spotless at all times Empty trash receptacles and ashtrays as needed Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Respond promptly to guest requests for cleaning or assistance Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Assist housekeeping team with special projects or deep cleaning as assigned Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
