Room Attendant Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport 18 Rockwood Road, Fletcher, NC 28732 Join Our Award-Winning Team! What you will be doing Perform cleaning duties such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to standards Notify supervisors of any damages and/or deficits in any guest room, public area, or equipment Respond to guest complaints with professionalism and patience Restock cleaning carts and notify supervisors of anything that is low in stock Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Assist team members with tasks to complete the day The ideal candidate for this position Friendly and outgoing Possess ability to work with little or no supervision and maintain a high level of performance Provide excellent customer service to our guests Work quickly without compromising quality Team player Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision/Critical Illness/Accident (FT), Paid Vacation, Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, Employee Referral Bonus Program, Hilton Employee Travel Program
