Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Execute industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Assist with residential painting projects when necessary, ensuring proper preparation and clean-up. Maintain cleanliness in common areas by performing porter duties, including waste disposal and organizing spaces. Carry out custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial and industrial cleaning environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving equipment and materials.
