The Maids of Queen City is a growing leader in the Charlotte residential cleaning industry, providing residential / commercial cleaning services across the greater Charlotte region. We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team. As a team member, you will work in a group of 3 – 4 people providing cleaning services to private households using our 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System. We provide paid training, so no prior cleaning experience is required. At The Maids of Queen City, we know the value and importance of our people . Responsibilities:

The Team Member performs any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households, in a clean and orderly manner. Deliver quality, efficient and courteous service while performing any combination of the services of The Maids 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System Perform all duties in an honest, safe and secure manner in strict accordance with The Maids policies, cleaning system and procedures Communicate all information pertinent to cleaning procedures, equipment, supplies, and any complications or personnel issues to Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader Proactively seek opportunities to assist the team as needed

Desired Qualifications:
