Full Job Description Job Overview:

Carolina Dream Clean (www.carolinadreamclean.com) is seeking hardworking and reliable house cleaners. You will be setting up your own schedule on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work, and the Charlotte locations you want to work in. We do cleans in the following counties: Mecklenburg, Union, Iredell, Gaston, Cabarrus, and Lincoln. We will set up your appointments for you and get you booked out according to the schedule you have set up for yourself. We deal with any customer service issues to save you time and let you focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs. Carolina Dream Clean was locally built, and services locally. Compared to other competitors, we offer well above minimum wage. We want our cleaners to be properly and fairly compensated for the effort you put into your cleans.

Baseline Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry (per customer basis)
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
• Notify management of any damages/repairs needed
• Taking before and after photos

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential cleaning (1 year minimum)
• Knowledge of floor care, and carpet cleaning is a bonus
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Excellent customer service skills (when needed)
