The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and cleanliness, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in housekeeping management or floor care will be beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
