The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on industrial cleaning, floor care, and general maintenance tasks. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are sanitary. Conduct industrial cleaning operations as required, adhering to safety protocols. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and waxing to maintain the appearance of surfaces. Assist with custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings as needed. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
