Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced professional house cleaners to join our team on a part-time and on-call basis according to their availability. Initially, cleaning assignments will be sporadic and based on your availability and client needs. Job durations can range from approximately 2 to 8 hours per cleaning. This is an excellent opportunity for professional cleaners seeking flexible work with the potential for increased hours and a more consistent schedule as you build relationships with our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning.
• Provide thorough deep cleaning services as required.
• Efficiently and effectively clean and prepare Airbnb properties for new guests.
• Offer professional organizing and decluttering services to clients.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use cleaning products appropriately.
• Manage your own availability for on-call assignments.
• Adhere to a non-solicitation agreement regarding our clientele.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional residential house cleaner (references may be requested).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Experience with Airbnb turnover cleaning and organizing/decluttering is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Charlotte.

For Employment:

Must pass a clean background check.

For Independent Contractors:

Must possess full business coverage, including Workers’ Compensation insurance.
