You must have reliable transportation and be available to work from approximately 8 am to approximately 5 pm, 3-4 days out of the week.

The job entails:

Going behind cleaners to quality-check the cleaning of the unit following a provided detailed checklist. Correcting cleaning in homes that a cleaner may not be able to return to fix. Managing cleaners while actively in the field by communicating with them on their time and specific items that need to be taken care of in the unit. Communicating efficiently and effectively with homeowners and property managers about their units. Folding laundry that is done in unit. Running replacement linens to replace damaged/stained items to cleaners in field. Returning to laundromat to drop off dirty linens at the end of the day. Managing storage before in-field duties start by putting away clean laundry, packing linens & stocking bags for next day, refilling amenity bags, and keeping track of inventory. Possibly clean a short-term rental if a cleaner happens to not show or call out. Pull trash to and from the road for all our airbnb rentals. Occasionally work a shift at Spin It Baby Laundromat, our sister company, when short-staffed.

Other specs include:

A week of paid vacation, 3-4 days off a week, and a week of paid sick-time. You MUST have reliable transportation, be detail-oriented, have a relatively flexible schedule, be available to work Sundays and Mondays, and be willing to drive around the Charlotte area daily.
