Trainer House Cleaner 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 3440 St Vardell Lane, Charlotte, NC 28203 Job Overview The Trainer House Cleaner will join our team in the position of Senior Professional House Cleaner and is a leadership-level cleaning specialist responsible for delivering the highest standard of residential cleaning services. This position recognizes experienced professionals who demonstrate exceptional skill, efficiency, customer service, and leadership capabilities. The Senior Cleaner also plays a mentorship role for junior team members and contributes to quality assurance and operational improvements. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Carry out custodial duties, including carpet cleaning and maintaining the overall appearance of properties. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure all areas are properly sanitized and meet health standards. Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or organizing spaces when required by clients. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required for this particular role Key Responsibilities Perform high-level cleaning and detailing in cleaning environments, including deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, and recurring appointments. Ensure compliance with company cleaning general standards and safety standards. Serve as a team lead on assigned jobs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Assist with quality checks to maintain service excellence. Provide mentorship and hands-on training to new or less experienced team members. Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, responding to concerns and providing top-tier service. Report supply needs, maintenance issues, or client feedback to management. Assist in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
