Housekeeping Benvenue Country Club 100 Southern Boulevard, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. The role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and toiletries. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance as needed to uphold cleanliness standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences promptly. Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory tracking of cleaning supplies. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Experience Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is advantageous but not required.
