The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities within the hotel. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented. Restock room supplies such as toiletries and refreshments as needed. Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management preferred but not required. Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Good physical stamina; must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
