• Clean criminal background check required $15hr+ Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of hospitality principles. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and safely. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols to maintain hygiene standards. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests regarding housekeeping services. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. Proficient in floor care techniques and the use of industrial cleaning equipment. Experience in custodial work or hotel housekeeping management is preferred. Attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
