The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests and residents. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed during cleaning tasks. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
