Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure all areas are well-maintained. Execute detailed cleaning plans tailored to client specifications, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and trust, fostering long-term relationships. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or similar roles within residential or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently in a timely manner. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Willingness to learn and communicate effectively with management and/or fellow cleaners. Professional manner and attitude when on the job and ability to separate work from personal.
