As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed effectively. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide custodial services that meet or exceed industry standards in both residential and commercial settings. Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guest satisfaction through thorough cleaning practices. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes is a plus. A commitment to providing outstanding service in hospitality settings is highly valued.
