Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to sanitize and maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively. Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A willingness to learn new techniques related to housekeeping management and specialized cleaning methods.
