Neighbor Cleaning is looking for a committed and skilled person to ensure the successful execution of residential cleaning. We are a part of the non-profit Neighbor to Neighbor . Our purpose is to create economic mobility in our community through accessible living-wage employment. It is essential that the person in this role is passionate about our mission. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance cleaning efficiency and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery Lead your crew to complete all cleaning tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and on time. Drive your own vehicle to job sites and ensure smooth transitions between locations. 2. Quality Assurance Perform on-site quality checks and address any issues immediately. Communicate client feedback and recurring concerns to the supervisor. 3. Supplies & Equipment Oversee the safe and proper use of all equipment and supplies. Manage inventory levels and ensure tools are stored and maintained properly. 4. Training & Leadership Train, coach, and support crew members in procedures and expectations. Lead your crew to complete all cleaning tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and on time.

Requirements:

Residential cleaning experience Bi-lingual (english & spanish) Access to a reliable vehicle Physical capacity to work for long hours and lift equipment
