House Cleaner Experienced ONLY Maid in Apex Apex, NC 27502 Job Overview Bring your experience to Maid in Apex , LLC . We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in residential settings. This role requires an individual who can maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensuring that each home is left spotless and welcoming for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ALL areas of home including bathrooms and kitchens Dust, Vacuum and Mop using appropriate supplies provided by Maid in Apex Launder linens (some homes) and other items as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns to myself Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of all duties. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning is required. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques , however we may tweak according to MIA policies. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care. Excellent customer service skills, well groomed with a friendly demeanor towards clients and co-workers along with professionalism , after all , you are a reflection of our company. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. There will be times when your team member may be out, and scheudle witll be adjusted so that you still get your hours, while not having to complete entire day of homes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Excellent References Be Punctual – Must be able to report to work at 8am, looking polished and prepared for day. Valid Drivers License Must live within 30 minutes of Apex (Highway 64 and Highway 55 area) Workdays typically run from 8AM to approximately 3PM – some days longer, some shorter. Most of our work is done in teams of two, so being a team player is essential. We dont cut corners. Our clients are our top priority and we expect every team member to deliver a level of service that shows we care.
