The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including hotels and residential properties. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Sanitate bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to promote health and hygiene. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Manage floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions. Assist with custodial tasks such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and common areas. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and practices is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
