The Houseman plays a key role in supporting housekeeping and overall hotel operations by ensuring public areas are clean, assisting room attendants, and responding to guest requests promptly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist room attendants by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces Remove trash and linen from guest room floors and common areas Set up or break down meeting rooms and event spaces Respond quickly to guest and team member requests Replenish housekeeping carts and storage closets Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Ensure all assigned areas meet hotel cleanliness standards Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Previous hotel or janitorial experience preferred, but not required Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and reliability
