Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to complete turnovers for assigned Airbnb rentals in the Laconia, NH Lakes Region. As an Airbnb Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring each home is spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready within the required 6-hour turnover window. Property locations include Laconia, Gillford, Moultenborough and Meredith.

Responsibilities:

• Change and replace linens, towels, and bedding
• Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors
• Ensure all furniture and decor are properly arranged and presentable
• Restock essential supplies as needed
• Report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues
• Follow a detailed cleaning checklist to maintain high-quality standards
• Complete all tasks within the scheduled turnover timeframe

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential cleaning preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Reliable transportation to and from job locations
• Must have a smartphone for scheduling, photo documentation and communication
• Availability on weekends and peak rental turnover days are a must
• Must be willing to submit a background screening
