Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as needed. Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ensure all areas are properly sanitized to meet health and safety standards. Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive working environment in hotels or commercial establishments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning settings is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to cook basic meals may be beneficial for certain roles within residential settings.
