• Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner
• the shuttle frequents Manchester Airport and facilities in the immediate area of the airport.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers during transportation
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed. Load and unload guest luggage.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the shuttle
• Cleaning of inside / outside of the hotel when not doing shuttle runs including mopping floors, washing windows, refreshing restrooms, stocking coffee station, light maintenance duties as assigned.
• Assist the front desk with guest requests such as towel/ amenity deliveries to guestrooms, resolving guest issues in a timely & satisfactory fashion. Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred (van, bus, or shuttle)
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as required
• Familiarity with local roads and routes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent attendance is required.
