Housekeeper A Hotel INN – Sunapee Newbury, NH 03255 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory effectively to maintain adequate stock levels. Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Requirements Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
