As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel public spaces, have a strong attention to detail, and provide exceptional customer service. Job Description We are seeking a hardworking Housekeeper to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites Hooksett. This is a Part Time position located in Hooksett, NH. As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms and hotel public spaces, have a strong attention to detail, and provide exceptional customer service. Work Performed As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the entire hotel to create a memorable and unique experience for our guests. Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing bed linens, restocking room supplies, vacuuming, and dusting Report and return any guest properties that were left behind Report cases of property damage to supervisor Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest needs Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management Requirements High school education or equivalent experience Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required Continuous standing 90% of time Lifting up to 50 lbs. limited Pushing up to 50 lbs Must be able to work independently Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Hours required: Part time; 20 Hours in a week; scheduled days and times may vary based on need; AM; MID; Weekend; Holidays Additional Preferred Skills/Qualities Previous customer facing experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures Strong attention to detail Second language is a plus Compensation $16 Hourly Plus Tips Benefits Optional 401k with employer match Employee discounts at participating hotels Option to sign up for on-demand pay with DailyPay Refer a friend
