Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility. Skills Strong custodial skills with experience in various cleaning techniques and products. Proficiency in floor care maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Experience in industrial cleaning environments is advantageous but not required. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
