Responsibilities also include:

laundry for the facility and checking guests in.

As we are only a small facility the work is quite varied. Must be dependable,have great attention to detail, and be able to work independently. The majority of the daily work is outlined below:

• Completes work in a timely manner and meets productivity standards/expectations
• Stocks cart sufficiently based on room assignments
• Removes all dirty linen from beds and bathrooms
• Removes trash and replace liners
• Makes beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillowcases, clean mirrors, windows and frames, dust all furniture fixture and frames.
• Ensure furnishings and fixtures are cleaned and placed properly. (Performs deep cleaning tasks when necessary)
• Cleans entire bathroom including floors, tubs, toilets, sinks and surfaces
• Cleans carpeting with vacuum and hose attachments for corners and edges
• Cleans hardwood floors
• Ensures all guest supplies are replenished daily according to standards
• Verifies items in guestroom are in good working order including TV’s, lights,alarm clocks, coffee makers, A/C, heat
• Timely communicates problems with maintenance that requires repair
• Reports damage, abuse or smoking in non-smoking rooms
• Checks climate control for working conditions and leave on appropriate temperature before leaving the room
• Performs other duties as assigned Hours are flexible – can be part time based on your availability.
