The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including Airb,commercial spaces, and residential homes. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored. Sanitate surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment for guests and residents. Execute floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously. Conduct regular inspections of cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met. Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall facility cleanliness. Skills Experience in housekeeping. Proficient in residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices. Knowledge of proper laundering methods for various fabrics. Familiarity with sanitizing procedures and safety protocols. Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction. Ability to perform carpet cleaning and floor care tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
