The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment. Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed, including floor care and industrial cleaning tasks. Adhere to safety protocols while performing housekeeping duties to ensure a safe environment for all. Skills Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in housekeeping management. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not required. Ability to perform custodial tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
