Job Summary:

The BaleRoom Attendant will be primarily responsible for bale room duties,operate and maintain bale room equipment, and perform all bale roomwaste handling duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimumof a High School diploma or GED/HiSET required. Ability to obtainand maintain a forklift license. Basic verbal and writtencommunication skills. Basic computer skills required. Must bedetail oriented and able to work well with minimal supervision.

Ability to learn the job and perform work productively and safely.

Reliable; good attendance is required. Required to work mandatoryovertime as needed/team player. Ability to lift, carry, push, andpull up to a maximum of 50 lbs. frequently. Continuous standingrequired. Frequent walking and stooping required. Occasionalsitting, crouching, and reaching/working overhead required. Goodvisual acuity and manual dexterity required. Must wear hearingprotection and safety shoes. Schedule is Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PMto 7:00 AM – 36 hours/week Overtime pays time and a half after 36hours per week Night shift pays an extra shift differential on allhours! What’s in It for You?
