Ancora State Psychiatric Hospital is seeking Temporary Employment Services (TES) Food Service Workers, Building Maintenance Workers (Housekeepers) & Senior Laundry Workers to work first and second shift. This position may lead to a full-time position. The hospital is located on a quiet 80-acre campus located in the South Jersey countryside of Hammonton NJ, we are conveniently located 30 miles from downtown Philadelphia and the boardwalk at Atlantic City is a mere 35 miles away. The Food Service Worker will assist in preparing and serving food and be assigned to cleaning the food service area, the Building Maintenance Worker will clean and do minor repairs, and the Senior Laundry Worker will be sorting, checking, ironing, pressing, delivering and operating laundry equipment. Weekends and holidays are required. These part-time temporary positions are a minimum of two days per week. More shifts may be available depending on hospital needs. All positions are hourly, temporary, and non-benefited. As a Temporary Employment Services (TES) worker you cannot work more than 944 hours in a fiscal year. A driver’s license may be required.
