Shift:

Full-time/Part-time.

Responsibilities :

Follow cleaning schedules as closely as practical for both resident apartments and common areas. Coordinate daily housekeeping tasks with Wellness Staff when cleaning resident living or recreational areas. Clean resident apartments and common areas in accordance with standard operational procedures and safety guidelines. Perform a variety of cleaning duties including dusting, mopping (dry and wet), sanitizing, scrubbing, polishing, and washing windows and bathrooms. Wash, dry, and fold laundry for the facility and residents. Distribute clean linens and towels to residents and various departments. Safely dispose of trash, waste, and other materials. Follow all company procedures and safety precautions to protect against exposure to communicable diseases, including HIV and Hepatitis B. Post appropriate signage to indicate safety hazards when housekeeping activities pose environmental risks to staff, residents, visitors, or others. Monitor for signs of rodents or pests and report any findings to the supervisor. Comply with infection prevention protocols and safety standards of practice. Assist with meal service or support other departments as needed. Maintain a fully stocked cleaning cart and notify the supervisor when inventory is low. Perform all other housekeeping duties as assigned by the manager or their designee. Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations. Use cleaning products in accordance with written labels and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, family members, and guests. Clean resident apartments on schedule, following the housekeeping cleaning checklist

Qualifications:

Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while serving elderly residents. Clean resident rooms and common areas with care and attention to detail. Wash, dry, and fold linens and laundry as needed. Remove trash and debris in a safe and timely manner. Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor grounds and surrounding areas.
