Hamilton Post Acute-Care is a 55 bed post-acute care center located on the campus of RWJ University Hospital-Hamilton. Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas. Promotes/protects resident rights Complies with abuse prevention & reporting policies and procedures Maintains compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements Works efficiently to complete assignments and meet deadlines Follows instructions carefully. Discusses deviation from procedures with supervisor before acting Maintains confidentiality of resident care and employee issues Uses chain of command to communicate problems or grievances Participates in staff meetings and mandatory in-service as required Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor that may be . (

Housekeepers:

Prior housekeeping experience preferred. Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required. Caring team player and customer service focused personality.
