Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, warm, and detail-oriented individual to join our family as a Weekend Housekeeper and Backup Childcare Provider . This role primarily involves maintaining a clean and organized household, with occasional childcare responsibilities for our two young children, aged 4 and 2. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a family environment and is comfortable balancing household duties with the occasional need to engage with active, curious little ones.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping (Primary Duty): Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning Tidy up common areas, bedrooms, and play areas

Laundry:

washing, folding, and occasional ironing Light meal prep or assistance with family meals Restocking household items and organizing supplies Childcare (As Needed): Provide backup care if parents are busy or stepping out Engage children in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play Prepare snacks or simple meals as needed Assist with diapering/potty training, dressing, and naps (as required) Ensure a safe and nurturing environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in housekeeping and/or childcare (professional or personal) Trustworthy, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable with young children and able to respond to their needs with patience and care Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (CPR/First Aid certified is a plus) Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
