Job Description
Residence Inn by Marriott-Wayne, 30 Nevins Road, Wayne, NJ 07470 We are currently looking for a shuttle driver with houseperson responsibilities to join our Team! We are an extended stay hotel, and our suites have full kitchens including a fridge, microwave, and utensils. A great place to stay, a great place to work. The Residence Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates. The purpose of this role is to transport guests to and from where they would need to be. Often, these are business people needing a ride to and from their corporate offices. Ideally, this shuttle driver would be able to come in in the mornings for driving, and then come back later in the afternoon to drive these guests back to the hotel. A Houseperson will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms) of the hotel transporting guests in the hotel shuttle when needed. . Cleans rugs, carpets. Maintains storage closets with linens, towels, cleaning supplies. Assists in stocking the room attendants’ carts with supplies. Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor. This role starts at $16.75/ hr.
