TheHousekeeper/General Labor position performs a variety of generalmanual labor tasks (e.g., sweeping and cleaning floors and workareas, assisting in the handling of heavy materials, making minorrepairs, cleaning, dusting, washing windows, moving and polishingfurniture and equipment). Follows specific processes and proceduresto maintain the buildings, facilities and grounds. Has advancedskills, typically gained through a combination of job-relatedtraining and work experience. Works autonomously within establishedprocedures and practices. Has developed a specialized level ofskill to perform assigned tasks

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Basiccomputer skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Age:

  18 years or older

• Comprehension:

  Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbaland written instructions.

• Performing duties while wearing personal protectiveequipment
• Working across temperature zones that may include coldand/or hot environments for extended periods and may include workin environments where dust is present
• Shift schedules thatinclude days, nights, and weekends, some holidays and periodicovertime
