The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential common areas, cleaning after apartment turnover / pre-move in cleanings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Execute custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean environment. Clean appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces. Collaborate with team members to uphold cleaning schedules and standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Previous experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
