As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate techniques and equipment. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled hours. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and sanitization practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
