Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Seasonal Female Locker Room Attendant with the possibility of a permanent position to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the women’s locker room, bathrooms, and adjacent fitness areas. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to guest service and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize locker room areas including showers, toilets, sinks, benches, mirrors, and floors on a regular schedule Replace towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities Empty trash receptacles and restock paper products (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels) Ensure the space remains dry, safe, and free of hazards Maintain cleanliness and order in gym equipment areas as needed Provide friendly and professional service to guests Support additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Capable of walking up stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds Comfortable working in a physically active and fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance preferred but not required Ability to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor at all times Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety Must be available for the scheduled shift

Compensation:

$19.50 per hour

Salary:

$25,000 – $35,000
