Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned. Skills Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is essential. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
