This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within our facility. The Environmental Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are clean and sanitized. This position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and an understanding of custodial practices. Must have strong inter-personal skills. •This is a per diem position. Candidate will be filling in for employees on vacations, time off, and call offs. Hours vary, but always during the day. Candidate will go more hours with a flexible schedule.•Responsibilities Sanitate and maintain cleanliness in your assigned area. Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash. Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment safely. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all environmental services meet the operational needs of the facility. Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met. Experience Must have previous experience in environmental services or custodial roles. Hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
